  • NETSUKE

Ronin Gallery is pleased to present a fine collection of 18th thru 20th century NETSUKE. These marvels of miniature carving were once suspended from the obi as a counterbalance for small lacquer cases known as inro. Today, collectors consider them as valuable as rare jewels---tiny masterpieces carved by artists whose technical virtuosity can never be duplicated. Each piece is carved from wood or ivory and is approximately 1" to 3" high. They have been specially priced for the Internet from $50 to $6000.
